Cancellation Policy
All cancellations should be notified to us by email.
If you need to cancel, we will try to re‑let your dates.
- If we are able to re‑let, we will refund the amount we re‑let the stay for (which may be lower than your original price), minus your deposit and a £50 administration fee.
- If we are unable to re‑let, the full rental cost remains payable and no refund will be given.
You have the option to purchase XCover (Booking Protect) at the time of booking for additional cancellation protection.
Please note: vouchers purchased through third‑party sites are non‑refundable.
